A Turkish Starter

1 Turkish Bread
Leaning Oak Sheep or Goat Soft-Ripened Cheese
(for a large Turkish loaf, you may need 2 cheeses)
2 tbspn of Dukkah
1 tbspn Olive Oil

Slice open the Turkish bread and lightly toast the crust side under the grill.

Then turn over, brush a little oil onto open side of bread

Slice the Leaning Oak Sheep or Goat Soft-Ripened Cheese and place the slices onto the oiled bread.

Place back under grill until cheese softens. Remove from grill and sprinkle with Dukkah.

Place back under grill until bread is lightly browned and Dukkah is lightly toasted.

To serve cut in diagonal wedges and serve hot or cold with mixed leaf or rocket salad and vine ripened tomatoes.

Drizzle a little Olive Oil over salad, a dash of Balsamic vinegar and a little salt and pepper.
